Next Step Counselling Group does not offer direct billing to private insurance companies. However, you will be able to reimburse our sessions through your private insurance plan if your plan covers Registered Social Workers (RSW) or Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).

Yes! Clients are able to park for free in the parking lot outside of our building.

Yes, by a stair lift. However if you require wheelchair access, please let me know in advance so that I can meet you outside.
